From EDSF Statute:
«3. EDSF members, their rights and obligations
3.1 EDSF Membership is voluntary.
3.2 Citizens of Ukraine, citizens of other European countries, people without citizenship, who have reached the age of 18, who share objective, assignments and directions of EDSF activity, recognize this Statute, execute the decisions of the EDSF statute bodies and support EDSF financially and intellectually can be individual members of EDSF.
3.3 Collectives of associations of dance organizations, unions of enterprises, establishments, organizations, which share the EDSF objectives, its assignments and assist in the EDSF activity.
3.4 EDSF members realize their rights and obligations through their representatives.
3.5 Procedure of the inclusion into EDSF.
For inclusion and exclusion of the individual EDSF member the written application is forwarded to the EDSF Presidium.
For inclusion and exclusion of the collective EDSF member the written application and decision of managing body of collective are forwarded to the EDSF Presidium.
The Presidium has right to accept the regulation about the EDSF membership.
3.6 The individual EDSF members are affirmed by the decision of EDSF Conference.
3.7 Honorable EDSF members can take part with the right to vote in the EDSF Presidium and in the EDSF Conference;
3.8 EDSF members have right:
-take part in the EDSF activity;
-elect and be elite into the supervising bodies of EDSF;
-to address to EDSF for protection of their rights and interests;
-to take part in all events of EDSF;
-to receive any information concerning activity of EDSF;
-to make offers into EDSF supervising bodies concerning its activity.
3.9. EDSF members are obliged:
- to actively promote activity of EDSF;
- to adhere requirements of EDSF Statute;
- to execute decisions of supervising bodies of EDSF;
- to execute all EDSF Regulations.
3.10 The discontinuance of membership in EDSF can take place on the basis of the application of a member or under the decision of EDSF Presidium, in case of numerous infringements of the Statute, default of decisions of EDSF supervising bodies, execution of actions directed on undermining of authority of EDSF.» |
